If there is one word that has been a constant theme in my career, it is change. From starting new companies to leading mergers and acquisitions, I have always been drawn to environments where change is happening. Leading change is incredibly rewarding, whether it is changing an industry, and organization, a culture, or an individual.
One of my own coaches, Dr. Roger Hall, often says “A map is good, but a guide is better.” As an entrepreneur, I have hired many different guides to lead me along new paths, and help me see through my own blind spots.
It is my pleasure to serve as a guide to others who are in the midst of – or working toward – change. Though I have coached a wide range of people in a variety of circumstances, I most frequently work with entrepreneurs, business leaders, or those who are aiming to become one or both. I do this in several ways:
Individual Executive Coaching
I provide individual Executive Coaching through my consulting firm, The Kelso Group.
My coaching program includes:
- A monthly, one-on-one coaching session with me (in person or via video / telephone)
- Ad-hoc access via phone and e-mail throughout the month
- A comprehensive personality profile, covering behaviors, motivators, and competencies
- Regular, proactive educational content from me (articles, podcasts, etc.) based on the direction of our work together
- Reading assignments as appropriate
- Introductions and connections as appropriate
I also have a toolkit of other systems and processes for things like personal strategy (mission, vision, values, etc.), time management, goal setting, business strategy, finance, networking, situational leadership, change management, etc., which I’ll leverage and use whenever it makes sense, and based on your needs.
If you are interested in working with me, contact me to discuss where you are, where you are headed, and how I can help.
