What they haven't done is work through it together — with real conversations, real challenges, and someone who can help them actually change how they operate.
That's what I design workshops to do.

WORKSHOPS FOR LARGE GROUPS
These workshops are suitable for groups of any size — conference breakouts, company-wide events, department training days, or leadership retreats. Each one is designed to do more than fill time: participants leave with a shift in thinking and something concrete to apply.
Humble Confidence: The Leadership Superpower
Avoid the trap of "Fake It 'til You Make It", and develop the specific behaviors and habits that will help you walk in Humble Confidence.

Learn to identify the signs of Impostor Syndrome in yourself and in others. Recognize the voice of the inner critic that is trying to hold you back, and turn it from a liability into an asset.

Trust: The Speed Multiplier
Trust is the grease that eliminates friction and helps organizations move faster and more efficiently. And while it's incredibly valuable, it's also very fragile. Trust takes a long time to build, and only seconds to destroy.
Learn to identify the three types of trust, how easily that trust can be broken, and the things you can do to intentionally build, nurture, and protect that trust.

Explore the most common reasons that delegation fails, and learn a game-changing framework that will help you clarify expectations, responsibility, and accountability.
This framework can become a common language - a shorthand - that can be used throughout your organization to make delegation clear and effective.

Stop Spending Time - Start Investing It
Learn the four ways that you can use your time, and employ a unique strategy for time management to maximize the value of your time.
Participants will leave with their own unique "time portfolio" to use when managing their schedule and making priority decisions.

Dispel the myth of "work-life balance" and get to the root of what it really means to live a balanced life.
Identify the things that are the most important to you and learn how to consciously make decisions that are in line with those values.
